Acceptance of terms
By using the LustDare application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
Service description
LustDare is a couples' challenge app. It allows users to send and complete dares within a time limit.
Registration
The app can be used anonymously. Creating an account with email and password is optional but recommended to save your data.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the application responsibly and respectfully
- Not create offensive, illegal or harmful content through custom challenges
- Respect your partner's consent
- Not attempt to compromise the application's security
Premium subscription
- Premium subscription is managed via Google Play (and Apple App Store coming soon)
- Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
- Refund conditions are those of the respective platforms
- Prices may be modified with 30 days notice
User content
Custom challenges created by users remain their property. LustDare reserves the right to moderate content deemed inappropriate.
Limitation of liability
LustDare is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. LustDare reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
